Job summary

Tchibo Türkiye seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational organization of Tchibo Coffee Service Turkey and prepare the business for future growth. You will develop the future operating model, identify opportunities for improvement and transformation, and initiate and/or lead strategic operational projects to build a more efficient, scalable, and sustainable organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in managing operations, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, import/export, and technical service management.
• Strong experience in leading transformation, optimization, and cross-functional projects.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational organization of Tchibo Coffee Service Turkey and prepare the business for its future growth.

A key responsibility of the role will be to develop the future operating model of Tchibo Coffee Service, identify opportunities for improvement and transformation, and initiate and/or lead strategic operational projects to build a more efficient, scalable, and sustainable organization.

The role will have overall responsibility for supply chain, logistics, warehousing, import & export, technical service, and operational excellence, working closely with commercial, finance, and Tchibo Group teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and develop the future operational setup of Tchibo Coffee Service.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, cost structure, and service quality.
• Initiate, lead, and implement strategic operational projects and transformation initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate new techs, partnerships, processes, and operating models to support future growth.
• Implement KPI’s for technical service, logistics (supply chain, warehousing, inventory)
• Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehousing
• Lead Demand & Supply Planning and optimize the supply of machines and consumables.
• Optimize sourcing, logistics, distribution, pallet utilization, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Identify opportunities for direct sourcing, alternative supply models, and cooperation with external partners.
• Drive continuous cost and efficiency improvements across the supply chain.
• Import
• Manage and optimize import processes and international supply flows.
• Ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable import and export processes.
• Technical Service
• Lead and develop the in-house Technical Service organization.
• Identify opportunities to expand and optimize technical service capabilities.
• Oversee service operations, spare parts management, technical infrastructure, showrooms and workshops.
• Technology & Operational Excellence
• Drive the expansion and effective use of telemetry and related digital solutions to track the machines in field.
• Improve distributor data integration and operational visibility.
• Lead process digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure strong operational governance and alignment with Tchibo Group standards.
