Trenkwalder Turkey seeks an experienced Refurbishment & Circularity Operations Lead to manage outsourced refurbishment and harvesting operations in Turkiye, driving efficiency, throughput, and cost performance. You will ensure compliance with global procedures and quality standards, while advancing circularity targets.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in manufacturing or supply chain, strong English, and an engineering background.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in managing outsourced operations and third-party partners.
• Experience in refurbishment, repair, or circularity environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational performance of outsourced refurbishment and harvesting operations in Turkiye.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency, turnaround time, throughput, backlog reduction, and cost performance.
• Ensure compliance with global procedures, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
• Optimise component recovery and reuse, reduce scrap, and support circularity and sustainability targets.
• Manage external partner performance and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
• Monitor and report operational KPIs, using data-driven insights to identify and implement improvement actions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain
