Job summary

Tchibo Türkiye seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational organization of Tchibo Coffee Service Turkey and prepare the business for future growth. You will develop the future operating model, identify opportunities for improvement and transformation, and initiate and/or lead strategic operational projects to build a more efficient, scalable, and sustainable organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in managing operations, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, import/export, and technical service management.
• Strong experience in leading transformation, optimization, and cross-functional projects.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and develop the future operational setup of Tchibo Coffee Service.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, cost structure, and service quality.
• Initiate, lead and implement strategic operational projects and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate new techs, partnerships, processes, and operating models for future growth.
• Implement KPIs for technical service, logistics, and inventory.
• Lead Demand & Supply Planning and optimize machine and consumable supply.
• Optimize sourcing, logistics, distribution, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Oversee import/export processes and international supply flows.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement.
