Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare in Türkiye is seeking a logistics specialist to coordinate spare parts and service-tool logistics, warehousing, inventory management, order fulfilment, and timely transportation and returns.

You will operate inventory transactions across WMS/GWMS, SAP and SCM/work-order systems to ensure accuracy and traceability, support import/export and customs clearance, and contribute to process improvements and the development of logistics SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or other related areas.
• Typically 3+ years of experience in spare-parts logistics, warehousing, inventory management or service logistics.
• Experience with WMS, SAP or other ERP systems.
• Good Excel skills and ability to conduct inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Knowledge of transportation, customs and import/export processes is preferred.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare or technical-service industries is preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Turkish.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and ownership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spare parts and service-tool logistics in Türkiye, including warehousing, inventory management, order fulfilment, transportation and returns
• Operate and maintain inventory transactions across WMS/GWMS, SAP and SCM/work-order systems, ensuring inventory accuracy and traceability
• Coordinate spare-parts applications, replenishment, stock transfers and urgent deliveries to support field service requirements
• Manage courier, trucking and freight shipments, and coordinate with warehouses, 3PL providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Support import/export and customs-clearance processes, including shipment documents, HS codes and related information
• Monitor spare-parts consumption, shortages, excess stock and ageing inventory, and support safety-stock and replenishment planning
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and prepare regular logistics reports
• Support process improvement, system implementation and logistics SOP development
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors
