Job summary

Accor in Marmara Fatih invites a Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, manage reservations, and maintain a smooth front desk operation. You will deliver warm, professional service and coordinate with therapists to ensure a seamless spa experience.

The role requires 2 years in ultra-luxury hospitality and excellent English, with strong organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A hospitality diploma is an asset and Windows/MS Office proficiency is helpful.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in ultra-luxury hospitality/spa environment.
• Outstanding guest-services skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated communication skills.
• Proficient in English language (verbal & written).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment while remaining calm.
• Flexible in terms of working hours.
• Hospitality diploma is an asset.
• Computer literacy in Windows and MS Office Suite is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide information about spa services, treatments, and wellness programs.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes for a seamless experience.
• Manage spa appointments and reservations using the booking system.
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure efficient scheduling and flow.
• Handle booking changes or cancellations while accommodating guest needs.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
• Maintain an organized, clean reception area with brochures and promotional materials.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Assist in creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of guest information at all times.
• Stay informed about services and retail products; promote spa products and upsell when appropriate.
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and needs.
• Assist with events or promotions organized by the spa.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
