ROBINSON Club GmbH in Belek, Turkey, seeks a spa receptionist (m/f/d) to welcome guests and coordinate spa appointments. You will help manage daily WellFit® Spa operations and support club life, ensuring a relaxing experience from arrival to departure.

As a spa receptionist, you will be a host, assisting other departments with guest arrivals, events and wellness activities, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Formación

• Experience in beauty, wellness, massage therapy or physiotherapy is preferred.
• Strong commitment to quality and exceptional guest service.
• Proactive, reliable and guest-focused approach.
• Genuine enjoyment of working with people.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate spa appointments and daily operations.
• Ensure the spa reception looks welcoming and runs smoothly.
• Support other departments (guest arrivals, events, evening programmes).
• Be a true host and team player, assisting colleagues as needed.
