Aliée, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within Tersane Istanbul, seeks a polished Spa Receptionist – Guest Experience Assistant to join our Spa & Wellness team. You will manage reservations, assist guests, and ensure a seamless, personalized journey, representing Aliée with warmth and elegant care.

As a brand ambassador, you will deliver attentive service, coordinate with therapists, and support upselling of treatments and products while maintaining the highest luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or spa reception.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement.
• Professional, elegant appearance and well-groomed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional and personalized approach.
• Manage spa reservations, appointment scheduling, confirmations and guest requests.
• Provide information about spa treatments, facilities and products.
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Support promotion of spa treatments and retail products.
• Follow up on guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain luxury reception areas to Aliée standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping and others.
