DocOrbit is seeking a Social Media Ads Manager to own paid growth for patients, planning budgets with the founders, and designing creatives yourself. You will scale campaigns across regions, maintain a distinct DocOrbit voice, and optimize CPA/ROAS while measuring performance with robust analytics.

You will work across Meta, Google and Apple Ads, crafting ads from static to short-form video, and report weekly on spend, results, and tests with the founders.

Qualifications

• Design-first marketer with a portfolio of ads you created yourself.
• Experience running and scaling campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads; Apple Ads a plus.
• Experience running campaigns across multiple countries or languages.
• Data-driven with knowledge of CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google and Apple Ads.
• Design ads across static, carousel and short-form video; run tests.
• Run campaigns region by region, tailoring messages and budgets.
• Create a distinctive voice and look to stand out from generic health ads.
• Scale patient acquisition online and in-app while controlling CPA and ROAS.
• Own measurement: pixels, attribution, dashboards with privacy in mind.
• Report weekly on spend and results; propose tests with founders.
