Job summary

Natural Clinic, Istanbul-based international healthcare group, seeks a senior specialist to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok for international markets. You will manage six-figure monthly ad budgets and drive lead generation through a structured funnel (Lead → Contact → Offer → Deal) in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in performance marketing with expert Meta/Google/TikTok skills, advanced analytics, and CRM-data integration experience,

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Meta Ads: advanced campaign architecture, Advantage+ vs. manual targeting, testing, CAPI and pixel implementation.
• Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen; offline conversions (gclid/gbraid/wbraid).
• TikTok Ads: campaign setup and optimization.
• Lead-generation mindset: funnel Lead → Contact → Offer → Deal; optimize for cost-per-qualified-lead.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok for international markets.
• Manage significant monthly budgets across countries, languages and platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, CRM, and creative teams to close the loop between ad spend and deals.
• Analyze performance, allocate budgets, and report ROI across multi-market campaigns.
