Job summary

Arvato Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee multi-project operations in a large, multi-user facility in Turkey. The role involves leading teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering KPI-driven results.

You will report to senior management, develop action plans, and contribute to process improvements while managing regulatory compliance and contract obligations. Strong English and driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering department of universities.
• 5+ years in e-commerce/warehouse ops (textile/cosmetics/auto) and managed large teams.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Analytical mindset.
• Able to work at high tempo.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• B class driving license holder.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations of all projects in a multi-user facility.
• Present weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior management.
• Establish action plans to achieve goals and coordinate activities.
• Lead process development activities in the facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Quality Systems.
• Fulfil responsibilities arising from regulations, standards and contracts.

Job Description

• Responsible for the management of warehouse operations of all projects in a multi-user facility,
• Presenting weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior management,
• Establishing action plans in order to realise the determined goals and objectives and carrying out target-oriented activities in a coordinated manner,
• Playing an active role in process development activities in the facilities in charge,
• To be responsible for compliance with the rules of Occupational Safety and Quality Systems in the operations he/she manages,
• Fulfilment of responsibilities arising from regulations, standards and contracts.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering department of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, textile or cosmetics and/or automotive warehouse operations management and responsible for the management of large teams,
• Master MS Office programmes,
• Analytical mindset,
• Will be able to adapt to intensive work tempo,
• Has an advanced knowledge of English,
• B class driving licence holder.
