Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years IT leadership experience supporting manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Proven experience owning IT outcomes end to end, including prioritization, execution, and operational accountability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable IT leader for the assigned PHINIA site and own IT execution, performance, and risk.
• Define, prioritize, and govern all site IT work, balancing stability, risk, cost and transformation.
• Triage site IT needs and determine what moves forward or is deferred.
• Represent IT as the accountable owner of technology execution within site leadership forums.
• Translate site business objectives into prioritized IT execution plans aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Own site-level IT planning and ensure standardized, value-driven technology decisions.
• Identify opportunities to modernize shopfloor IT, user experience, and digital capabilities and drive their implementation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and decide when pilots or adoption deliver tangible benefit.
• Own day-to-day IT operational performance, ensuring stability, availability, and rapid recovery across site systems.
