Job summary

PHINIA is seeking a recent graduate for its 11-month management trainee program at our Izmir facility. You will coordinate with the Planning Manager to understand customer needs and support production planning.

You will gain hands-on experience on the shop floor, supervising packaging areas, and developing strong problem-solving and communication skills as part of a structured development path within a global sustainability-minded company.

Qualifications

• Graduating from the Business Administration / Industrial Engineering department.
• Familiar with MS Office.
• Ability to supervise packaging area and meet quality/volume targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Planning Manager to understand customer needs and apply to production.
• Supervise packaging area on shift to reach targets.
• Manage indirect stocks for packaging materials and initiate orders on time.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Participate in the 11-month management trainee program.
