Job summary

PHINIA is seeking an IT Manager to lead site IT for a PHINIA manufacturing or engineering site. You will own end-to-end IT performance, resilience, and evolution to enable operational excellence and business outcomes.

Your role will coordinate with PHINIA’s global IT organization, applying standards with local rigor, managing risks, and delivering measurable value through IT investments and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 7–10+ years of IT leadership in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Experience owning IT outcomes end to end with governance and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and prioritize site IT work to balance stability, risk and cost.
• Act as accountable owner of technology execution within site leadership forums.
• Drive IT planning aligned with PHINIA enterprise strategy and budgets.
• Modernize shopfloor IT, user experience, and digital capabilities.
• Oversee cyber resiliency, security standards, and vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure IT delivers measurable value and supports production and engineering.
