HAUS Centrifuge Technologies in Istanbul seeks a Service Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and provide technical service for industrial Turbo Blower systems. The role includes field service with travel and overnight stays, plus onsite support from our Ümraniye office.

The ideal candidate has an electrical/electronics/mechatronics background, field service experience, and is capable of diagnosing control panels, VFDs, and automation systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic faults.
• Experience with MCC/PLC panels and motor drives.
• Familiarity with automation systems and control wiring.
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight as needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform field service, preventive and corrective maintenance on Turbo Blower systems and other HAUS equipment.
• Diagnose electrical/electronic faults and implement corrective actions.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and performance testing at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot MCC, PLC panels, and motor drives; interpret electrical diagrams.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; deliver clear service reports.

We are looking for a Service Specialist to join our Istanbul Office, primarily focusing on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical service of industrial Turbo Blower systems, while also providing electrical, electronic, and automation-related technical support for other HAUS machinery and equipment.

This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel and overnight stays when necessary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical faults, performing maintenance activities, and supporting commissioning and performance testing at customer sites.

When not assigned to field service activities, the Service Specialist will work from our Ümraniye office, providing technical support, remote troubleshooting, and service follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Perform field service, preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting activities, primarily for Turbo Blower systems and, when required, other HAUS machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and automation-related faults across different industrial equipment and systems.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and performance testing activities at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot MCC and PLC control panels, motor drives (VFDs), electrical circuits, and field wiring.
• Identify electrical panel components and perform fault diagnosis, technical measurements, and corrective actions.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, internal teams, and service personnel.
• Follow field service schedules, monitor technical activities, and prepare accurate service reports.
• Communicate technical findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers and relevant teams.
• Work from the Ümraniye office when not assigned to field service activities, supporting technical inquiries, documentation, and service coordination.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in field service, industrial equipment maintenance, commissioning, or electrical troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, MCC and PLC control panels, motor drives (VFDs), and basic automation systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, identify panel components, and perform electrical and electronic fault diagnosis.
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight outside Istanbul according to service requirements.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites and provide practical, solution-oriented technical support.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Availability to work from our Ümraniye office when not assigned to field service activities.
