Atlas Copco Group in Istanbul is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to grow the service business by developing customer relationships and identifying new service sales opportunities. You will report to the Service Sales Manager and work on-site with a dynamic team to deliver value.

The role requires a technical engineering background, 2+ years in technical sales, strong CRM and communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in technical sales, service sales, sales engineering or similar.
• Technical ability to analyze customer needs and propose technical and commercial solutions.
• Knowledge of sales reporting, customer portfolio management and sales forecasting processes.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow service sales opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio.
• Identify new customers and build strong business relationships to expand the service business.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close service sales opportunities.
• Promote service solutions including maintenance agreements, spare parts, optimization, field service and repairs.
• Conduct regular customer visits, understand customer needs, and offer value-added service solutions.
• Manage the renewal and growth of existing Service Maintenance Agreements.
• Build strong collaboration with Service, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure successful delivery of sold services.
• Follow-up and implementation of global customers and service solutions together with relevant colleagues.
• Develop competencies to provide technical value to customers in the field.
• Maintain and update customer information, installed base data, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate forecasts, and provide regular activity reports.
