Job summary

Metgün Holding is strengthening its HR function by introducing an Organizational Development Specialist who partners with business leaders to drive performance, analytics, and digital HR initiatives.

You will design org structures, lead workforce planning, develop dashboards, and support policy updates across the group, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Experience as HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in construction, energy, or consulting sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational design and workforce planning.
• Conduct job analysis, headcount planning, and workflow planning.
• Develop and update job descriptions and reporting lines.
• Support performance management, KPI systems, and target setting.
• Develop policies, procedures, and control mechanisms.
• Analyze HR data and prepare dashboards and reports.

Metgün Holding operates across construction, energy, tourism, and technology sectors.

As part of our ongoing organizational transformation, we are strengthening our Human Resources structure to become more analytical, performance-driven, and digitally enabled.

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist who will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and performance management, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives across the Holding.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organizational design, organizational chart updates, and workforce planning in line with strategic objectives.
• Conduct job analysis, workload measurement, headcount planning, and workforce planning studies.
• Develop and update job descriptions, reporting lines, workflows, and responsibility matrices.
• Support the design and improvement of performance management, target-setting, and KPI systems.
• Develop and update policies, procedures, standards, and control mechanisms across Metgün Group.
• Contribute to organizational change, corporate transformation, process improvement, and HR digitalization projects.
• Analyze HR data and prepare dashboards, management reports, and decision-support materials.
• Track organizational development projects and prepare progress reports and senior management presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or in a discipline within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in construction, energy, or consulting sectors is considered a strong asset
