Job summary

ZTE Corporation in Turkey is seeking a Server Solutions Manager to drive server business development across Europe. You will work with sales, product management, R&D, and partners to identify opportunities, design competitive solutions, and support project delivery.

The role requires a related degree, 1–2 years of experience, and strong knowledge of virtualization, Linux, and enterprise apps, plus English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, telecom or related field.
• 1–2 years in server infrastructure or IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of x86 server hardware.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise apps (Oracle, SAP, databases).
• English fluency and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote server solutions for operators and enterprises.
• Engage with customers to understand IT requirements and present solutions.
• Design solutions covering compute, storage, and virtualization.
• Prepare proposals, BoMs, capacity sizing, and bid documents.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, and sales to deliver solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends.
• Build technical relationships with customers, integrators, and partners.
• Support PoC activities, interoperability testing, and acceptance.
• Provide technical training to sales teams and partners.
• Support project delivery and post-sales activities when required.
