Job summary

ICANN is seeking a senior Workplace Technology Specialist II to deliver advanced support for endpoint management, conference room technologies, and collaboration platforms. The role partners with multiple teams to improve the workforce technology experience and enables successful deployment of workplace technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will mentor junior staff, support executive users, and drive adoption of new productivity tools while maintaining security and compliance across ICANN

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT preferred.
• Minimum seven years supporting enterprise workplace technologies.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and high-profile meetings.
• Experience deploying and adopting workplace technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Escalate and resolve complex workplace technology incidents and service requests.
• Manage endpoint configurations, software deployments, and device lifecycle programs.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, and related tools.
• Lead conference room/AV and meeting technology services for executive and board meetings.
• Mentor junior Workplace Technology Specialists and contribute to knowledge sharing.
