Insider One in Turkey is seeking a Senior Workplace Technology Specialist to support and continuously improve our workplace technology environment. You will handle end-user support, device lifecycle management, and AV system administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes proactive service, automation, and collaboration with Security and Infrastructure to maintain high security and efficiency in a fast-paced, global tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in workplace technology or IT operations.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Apple enterprise environments (macOS/iOS).
• Experience with endpoint management, software deployment, and device lifecycle.
• Experience with conference room technologies and hybrid meetings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex workplace technology incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, collaboration, and connectivity issues across remote and on-site environments.
• Provide high-quality technical support to executive leadership and other critical users.
• Manage the complete device lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, transfer, return, replacement, and decommissioning.
• Administer endpoint management platforms, device policies, software deployments, OS upgrades, and security requirements.
• Lead the technical operation of conference rooms, video conferencing, and AV systems.
• Support adoption of productivity tools and automation solutions.
