Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Operations Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations in the Istanbul region. You will plan inbound/outbound, returns, product care and customer experience processes, and drive capacity management and budget planning across cross-functional teams.

The role requires a min. of 5 years in warehouse operations, strong English skills, and experience in textile e-commerce. Living on the Anatolian side of Istanbul is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related departments.
• Min. 5 years in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce.
• Experience to manage Return, Product Care and Customer Experience preferably in textile e-commerce.
• Advanced English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Plan inbound, outbound, returns, product care and customer experience processes.
• Track and realize capacity targets.
• Manage and develop inbound, outbound, return, product care and customer experience teams.
• Track transfer of production capacities with the customer in daily and weekly meetings.
• Track and planning of production budget.
• Track and realization of productivity targets.
• Monitor income and expenditure balances of the projects for which it is responsible.
