Job summary

JOBGETHER is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager based in Turkey for a remote EMEA role. You will own program structure, workback plans, and dependency management across AI-powered initiatives, partnering with engineering and product leads to deliver platform releases, integrations, migrations, and cross-functional programs.

You will drive operating cadences, stakeholder updates, and risk management while shaping TPM practices and templates for scalable delivery in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and platform trade-offs.
• Proven ability to orchestrate complex programs across multiple teams in a fast‑moving org.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with concise executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain operating cadences to keep teams aligned and decisions moving.
• Own workback plans and dependency maps for releases, migrations, and cross‑team initiatives.
• Provide status and health views across programs and stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and enforce readiness gates before external commitments.
