Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of Data Center infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, track risks, and ensure successful delivery of technical infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

You will work with internal engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to keep projects on time

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering, CS, IT or related field.
5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
Experience delivering Data Center, IT Infra, Network, Telecom or Mission Critical projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
PM certification preferred (PMP/PRINCE2).
Fluent English; Chinese language skills highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center infrastructure projects.
Coordinate internal engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution.
Track project progress and provide regular reporting to management.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Manage technical documentation, change control, and project governance.
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, testing, and project acceptance activities where applicable.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
