Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive the technical success of our enterprise customers. You will lead adoption plans, advise on automation programs, and work across teams to maximize business outcomes with UiPath.

You will engage customers, deliver webinars and demos, and mentor teams on platform best practices while traveling up to 25% as needed. Fluency in English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath platform.
• Be a core member of the account team for each customer, guiding adoption plans.
• Provide technical advisory to customers through webinars, demos, and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and SMEs to manage escalated issues.
• Perform design reviews and health checks of automation programs.
