Fundraise Up in Turkey is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to multiply engineering output by driving adoption of AI-assisted development. You’ll coach engineers, propagate best practices, and build internal AI integrations to raise productivity across teams.

You will partner with security, IT, and GTM to shape internal tooling, measure impact, and scale enablement through champions while maintaining quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on engineer with a strong full-stack background — 7+ years shipping in a product-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Enablement & coaching — work directly with engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, workshops, office hours, and cohorts to raise effectiveness with AI-assisted development.
• Best-practice propagation — capture what works and transfer it with living guides, prompt libraries, troubleshooting playbooks, and an AI knowledge base.
• Scale through champions — stand up and support embedded AI champions to scale enablement.
• Unblocking & feedback loop — be the go-to when engineers get stuck with AI tooling, surface blockers early, and elevate systemic issues to leadership.
• Internal integrations & tooling — build internal AI integrations and reusable tooling (Node.js/TypeScript, MCP) from prototype to production, including auth, security review, and CI/CD.
• Evaluation & scouting — run structured evaluations of AI tools and delivery recommendations.
• Measurement & impact — define adoption metrics and dashboards for teams and tools.
