Job summary
Amazon Türkiye is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Türkiye product and technology roadmap and to lead a team of AI and BI engineers. This hands-on role combines product ownership with people management, aligning with MENA Tech, FLAT, and IES to ensure Türkiye priorities are visible, well-sequenced, and delivered.

Qualifications
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions.
- Experience representing stakeholder requirements in cross-functional prioritisation.
Responsibilities
- Drive Türkiye product and technology roadmap, maintain visibility, drive delivery across domains, surface gaps and risks.
- Own Türkiye-specific compliance delivery, translate regulatory requirements into product asks, track progress to resolution.
- Identify and close parity gaps, quantify impact, build case for Türkiye-specific solutions with central support.
- Define AI/BI tooling roadmap, set priorities, work with AI/BI team to deliver improvements in efficiency.
- Coordinate across distributed organisation, represent requirements to global teams, resolve blockers.
- Communicate with clarity at all levels, write crisp product plans, prepare leadership reviews, keep stakeholders informed.
