Job summary

MARTUR FOMPAK International is seeking a textile product development and project management professional based in Bursa, or willing to relocate. The role involves coordinating cross-department activities, managing development progress per the Textile PMO, and communicating with Tier 1 customers and suppliers to ensure on-time SOP delivery.

The candidate should have 5+ years in textile development or PM, strong English, and a proactive, collaborative, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in textile product development or project management.
• Good command of English.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Based in Bursa or willing to relocate; travel between company locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage textile projects in coordination with relevant departments and monitor development processes per the internal TDP procedure and Textile PMO.
• Prepare documentation during the project process, submit and store it per customer timeline and TDP plan.
• Organize weekly project meetings, update the agenda, and moderate meetings to align with milestones.
• Maintain communication with Tier 1 customers and suppliers throughout the project until SOP, ensuring timely responses.
• Identify production issues, contribute to solutions, and participate in improvement efforts.
• Prepare reports on fairs and seminars and share within the department.
