MARTUR FOMPAK International in Turkey seeks a Textile Project Manager to lead textile development initiatives from planning through SOP, coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring activities follow the TDP and Textile PMO requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a similar role, strong knowledge of APQP, IATF 16949:2016 and VDA, advanced English (B2), a valid Class B license and willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with automotive project processes (APQP).
• Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 and VDA requirements.
• Experience coordinating across locations and functions.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2).
• Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Manage textile projects in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring that development activities follow the internal TDP procedure and Textile PMO requirements.
• Prepare, submit and maintain project documentation in line with customer deadlines and the TDP plan.
• Organize and facilitate weekly project meetings, maintain the agenda and follow up on actions to ensure development activities meet project and TDP milestones.
• Maintain communication with Tier 1 customers and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle until the start of production (SOP), ensuring timely responses to requests.
• Identify issues arising during production, contribute to solutions and support continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare reports on fairs and seminars attended and share relevant insights with the department.
