Job summary

MARTUR FOMPAK International in Turkey is seeking a Marketing & Sales Senior Specialist to support the Sales team through the full project lifecycle, from RFQ to serial production. You will work in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on commercial customer satisfaction, project profitability and maintaining profitable growth, while handling communications with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Business Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
• Proficient in English and strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-analysis capabilities.
• Interest in commercial processes, pricing and financial topics.
• Strong coordination, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project profitability and escalate risks or deviations.
• Follow up on customer investment payments per terms.
• Work with Cost Control to verify costs align with RFQ assumptions.
• Monitor raw material price fluctuations with Purchasing teams.
• Inform the manager of changes affecting costs or profitability.
• Follow up on customer price adjustments per pricing rules.
• Manage customers’ technical and commercial change requests.
• Prepare commercial offers with project teams.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, Production and Plant teams to control costs.
• Identify and accelerate cost deviations in a timely manner.
• Manage customers’ operational requests and provide responses within deadlines.
• Coordinate communication between customers, plants and production teams.

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Senior Specialist to support our Sales team in managing commercial activities and customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, from the RFQ and awarding stages through development and serial production.

Position Overview

Working within a matrix organization, the Marketing & Sales Senior Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Cost Control, Production and Plant teams.

The role will support commercial customer satisfaction, project profitability and the achievement of the company’s profitable growth targets. The position will also support the company’s commercial relationship and communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project profitability and escalte potential risks or deviations
• Follow up on customer investment payments in line with agreed payment terms
• Work with the Cost Control team to verify whether actual costs are aligned with RFQ assumptions
• Monitor raw material price fluctuations through relevant bulletins in coordination with local and global Purchasing teams
• Inform the manager of changes that may affect project costs or profitability
• Follow up on customer price adjustments in accordance with established pricing rules
• Manage customers’ technical and commercial change requests
• Prepare commercial offers in collaboration with the relevant project teams
• Work closely with Project Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, Production and Plant teams to keep project costs under control
• Identify and accelerate cost deviations in a timely manner
• Manage customers’ operational requests and provide accurate responses within the required deadlines
• Coordinate communication between customers, plants and production teams
