Job summary

Martur Fompak International, a global leader in automotive seating systems and cockpit solutions, seeks a seasoned manufacturing/CI engineer. The role focuses on reducing losses across production, quality, logistics, and labor through KPI-driven improvements.

You will analyze processes, lead productivity and cost-reduction projects, and support layout design, SOPs, FMEAs, and audit activities in line with IATF 16949 requirements. Strong English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, methods engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools, including Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, Line Balancing, and Poka-Yoke.
• Experience in manufacturing KPI analysis, root cause analysis, and improvement action planning.
• Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, SOP, layout, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and implement improvement actions to reduce production, quality, logistics, and labor losses.
• Analyze production processes and lead productivity, cost reduction, line balancing, and process optimization projects.
• Support process design activities, including layout, equipment, operator requirements, and target cycle times.
• Ensure process documents such as SOPs, FMEAs, and production forms are accurate and up to date.
• Lead root cause analyses and sustainable improvement actions for production, quality, and machine downtime issues.
• Coordinate Kaizen, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and other continuous improvement activities.
• Support FMEA, Control Plan, and audit activities in line with IATF 16949 requirements.
• Monitor the results of continuous improvement projects and report progress and outcomes to management.
