Job summary

Flormar, a Milan-born global beauty brand with a factory and logistics center in Gebze, is seeking a skilled IT technical support specialist. You will deliver 1st and 2nd level support for system and network issues and help maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy across the organization.

You will assist with VPNs, firewalls, Microsoft 365 services, and security tooling while collaborating with system administrators and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Advanced-level experience in technical support with a focus on systems and networking.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Basic to intermediate networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, and firewall technologies.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Antivirus, Email Gateway, and Web Proxy solutions.
• Experience with virtualization infrastructures like VMware and Hyper-V.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for system and network infrastructure issues.
• Deliver, track, and follow up on end-user support requests according to SLAs.
• Perform basic system administration and troubleshooting in Windows Server environments.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy infrastructures.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Analyze VPN, wired/wireless networks, and remote access issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
• Oversee Antivirus, Email Gateway, and Web Proxy systems; monitor logs and performance.
• Participate in planning, testing, and go-live activities for system/network changes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.

Key Competencies That Will Make You Stand Out

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent professional experience,
• Advanced-level experience in technical support with a strong focus on systems and networking,

What to Expect in This Role

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for issues related to system and network infrastructure,
• Deliver, track, and follow up on 1st level end-user support requests in line with defined SLAs,
• Perform basic system administration and troubleshooting in Windows Server environments,
• Provide operational support for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy infrastructures,
• Participate in the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls,
• Analyze and resolve issues related to VPN connections, wired/wireless networks, and remote access,
• Deliver advanced user and service support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.),
• Support the daily operation and monitoring of Antivirus, Email Gateway, and Web Proxy systems,
• Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and basic performance troubleshooting,
• Support backup, restore, and recovery processes to ensure data availability and integrity,
• Contribute to planning, testing, and go-live activities related to system and network changes,
• Work in close coordination with system administrators, network, and security teams,
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution guides, and a centralized knowledge base,
• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with information security policies, standards, and procedures.
