Job summary

Kibar Group is seeking a Talent Management and Development Senior Specialist for its Istanbul headquarter at Zorlu. You will lead talent management processes, design development programs, and oversee LMS and development initiatives across Kibar Group companies.

The role requires 3+ years in Talent Management and L&D, strong MS Office skills, and budget management experience. You will collaborate with internal and external partners under the motto Stronger Together.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and run talent management procedures and policies for Kibar Group companies.
• Conduct talent management processes and identify talent pools with development plans.
• Design and develop development programs (Leadership, Manager, Talent Development, Specialist, Internal Trainer).
• Support and promote the competencies and values in the performance system.
• Manage Learning Management System and online development programs.
• Lead the Asım Kibar Mavi Damla project and manage awards process.
• Evaluate and update L&D, Talent Management, and Succession Planning procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to move processes onto the online platform.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating and running the talent management procedures and policies for Kibar Group companies.
• Conducting the talent management processes for Kibar Group. Identifying the talent pools and creating development plans for talent pools.
• Design and develop the development programs that run by Kibar Holding (Leadership Programs, Manager Programs, Talent Development Programs, Specialist Development Programs, and Internal Trainer Programs)
• Responsible for supporting the performance system processes by reforming and promoting the competencies and values.
• Responsible for the management and development of Learning Management System and online development programs.
• Responsible for the Asım Kibar Mavi Damla new project and innovation awards. Managing the projects evaluation process and awards ceremony.
• Evaluating and updating the procedures for the L&D process, Talent Management process, and Succession Planning process.
• Responsible for carrying out the existing processes to the online platform with collaboration with related parties.
• Applying to award processes related to HR projects and preparing relevant documentation.
