Job summary

UPS in Turkey is seeking a Network Planning Supervisor to oversee outbound Feeder ground operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely loading and dispatch of flights and vans. You will lead a team, coordinate with cross-functional groups, optimize planning tools including NIS, and drive continuous improvement in data movement from planning to execution.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and strong logistics/network planning experience, with proficiency in MS Office and ability to work flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university is required.
• Experience in logistics, network planning, or related fields with an understanding of both air and ground transportation systems.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-department coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data retrieval from multiple systems including NIS.
• Ability to manage complex logistics under pressure and balance multiple priorities.
• Leadership experience in supervising a diverse team and driving performance.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Feeder planning to ensure optimal balance and safe dispatch.
• Lead and develop a department team to high performance.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance for ground logistics.
• Oversee data movement from planning to production and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain and optimize planning tools, including the Network Information System (NIS).
• Provide training and development plans for team members.
• Manage scheduling and shifts to meet operational demands.
