Job summary

REED Turkey is seeking a Supply Chain Executive for a manufacturing client. You will design and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within Canias ERP, align with forecasts and orders, and optimize import/export operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in related fields, 10+ years in manufacturing, at least 2 years in management, and fluent English for negotiations with international suppliers and logistics partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related.
10+ years in manufacturing/mass production environments.
Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
Advanced knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms.
ERP experience in factory environments, preferably Canias ERP.
Fluent English for international negotiations.
Experience budgeting supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and manage the factory Master Production Schedule (MPS) and MRP processes.
Establish and maintain min/max stock levels for components used in production.
Coordinate import operations including customs clearance and bonded warehousing.
Manage export operations for finished products and related documentation.
Oversee warehouse operations ensuring FIFO and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with Production Manager to optimize OTIF delivery and KPIs.
Prepare annual budgets for supply chain, logistics, and foreign trade; present cost-reduction initiatives.
