Job summary

ARY HOLDING is seeking a Senior Structured Finance Associate in Beykoz, Istanbul to support complex financing transactions and financial modelling. You will evaluate financing alternatives, draft and review documentation, and coordinate with banks, DFIs and legal advisors across multiple workstreams.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in project/structured finance, strong Excel skills, English fluency, and a track record in debt financing analysis and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking or related field.
• Strong knowledge of debt financing structures, credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in project finance and complex financing transactions including evaluation, negotiations, documentation and closing processes.
• Develop, review and maintain financial models including cash flow projections, debt capacity analysis, valuations, scenario analyses and sensitivity analyses.
• Analyze financing structures, repayment profiles and key metrics such as DSCR and leverage ratios.
• Manage due diligence processes with legal, technical, environmental, insurance and other advisors.
• Coordinate refinancing, amendments, waivers and restructuring of existing facilities as needed.
• Prepare analyses and documentation for financing applications and internal approvals.
• Monitor covenant compliance and financing performance across facilities.
