Responsibilities


  • Develop and review financial models for investments.

  • Develop and implement corporate finance strategies.

  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

  • Analyze consultant reports and provide insights for decision-making.

  • Assess financial risks and contribute to the company’s long-term financial success.


Qualifications


  • University degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or related departments from reputable universities.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in financial modelling or valuation roles.

  • Experience managing projects and processes in M&A, investor private placement, privatization, and financing deals.

  • Experience actively participating in due-diligence processes for acquisitions and providing key inputs to relevant acquisition agreements.

  • Experience conducting sector research for M&As and preparing documentation such as information memoranda, teasers, and management presentations for spin-off projects; ability to contact strategic partners/divisions.

  • An in-depth understanding of financial modeling and working knowledge of accounting.

  • Highly competent Excel skills; preferably with working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
