Job summary

Schneider Electric in Turkey is seeking a Senior Services Field Sales Representative to drive service sales development and profitability for the Turkey Services Organization.

You will manage technical and commercial proposals, coordinate with internal teams, handle RFQs from enquiry to order, visit customers, and report regional sales performance while delivering high-energy, proactive service to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of sales or customer management experience
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for all equipment
• Coordinate with internal departments to reach feasible technical and commercial results
• Review and manage customer RFQ requests into optimal solutions
• Act as the internal contact point during enquiry and bidding processes and follow up after order receipt
• Maintain a prioritized list of outstanding tasks
• Respond to customer questions in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow Dealer Channel development processes within the region
• Develop the right communication channel between customer and company
• Transfer product advantages and features to customers
• Oversee the regional sales reporting and analysis
• Carry out customer visits in the region

You will be..

• Manage the preparations of technical and commercial proposals for all equipments
• Being in very close coordination with internal departments to reach feasible results both technical and commercial
• Review and manage the customers requests for quotation into an optimum solution
• Act as the internal contact point for internal and external customers during the enquiry and bidding processes and follow up after order receipt
• Keeping a prioritized listing of outstanding tasks
• Respond to customers questions and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow all Dealer Channel development processes within the region,
• Develop the right communication channel between the customer and the company,
• Transfer the advantages, superiorities and technical features of the products to the customers,
• The whole customer will follow the sales process,
• Will be responsible for the region sales reporting and analysis,
• Carry out customer visits in the region under its responsibility.
