Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced SAP IS Retail Senior Functional Consultant to lead solution design, system enhancements and end-to-end project delivery. You will translate complex requirements into scalable SAP solutions, coordinating with offshore teams and driving continuous improvement.

Over a decade of SAP experience with IS Retail mastery is required. You will deliver best-in-class SAP solutions while guiding business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global standards and client

Qualifications

10+ years in SAP implementations with 7+ years in SAP IS Retail
Knowledge of IS Retail master data processes (Article, sites, customer, vendor, info records, pricing, hierarchies)
Experience in business change, escalation, process management and requirements definition
Ability to deliver SAP solutions that meet complex business needs

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into advanced SAP capabilities using standard packages
Coordinate with offshore development teams to align solutions with requirements and quality standards
Conduct unit/functional testing and support UAT
Deliver scalable, integrated Business Solutions across formats, channels, countries and business models
Contribute to Change Management with training content and organizational transformation
