EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP IS Retail Senior Functional Consultant to lead solution design, system enhancements and end-to-end delivery across European Operating Companies.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable SAP IS Retail solutions, coordinate with offshore teams, and contribute to change management with training content and user adoption initiatives. Over 10 years of SAP experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with SAP IS Retail functionalities.
• Deep knowledge of IS Retail master data (Article, sites, customer, vendor, info records, pricing).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and WRICEF specs.
• Experience coordinating offshore development teams and performing UAT.
• Strong change management and training content development experience.

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS Retail Senior Functional Consultant to lead solution design, system enhancements, and end-to-end project delivery. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology by translating complex requirements into scalable SAP solutions, coordinating with offshore development teams, and driving continuous improvement.
