Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a SAP Retail functional consultant.
• Minimum 1 year leading and mentoring SAP teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics, including SD and MM.
• Proven track record managing full project lifecycles and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP Retail functional solutions (SAP ECC), setting the strategic direction for implementation.
• Own and oversee the execution of SAP consulting projects for our client, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Guide and supervise master data management, configuration, and testing activities performed by the team.
• Take full accountability for delivering high-quality project outcomes on-time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, driving discussions to identify project needs, priorities, and requirements.
• Mentor, coach, and support consultants within the team, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Establish training frameworks and support strategies for end-users.
• Lead customer and project interviews to define scope, assess feasibility, and shape solution roadmaps.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, effort estimations, and proposal development

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a SAP Retail functional consultant role
• At least 1 year of experience leading and mentoring teams of SAP consultants
• Deep knowledge of SAP Logistics
• Expertise in SD and MM
• Strong track record of managing full project lifecycles and stakeholder relationships at senior levels
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
