Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Chief SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and rollout of Credit Management across a global SAP S/4HANA environment. You will serve as the functional lead and SME, partnering with architects and integration teams throughout the full lifecycle.

You will own the blueprint, drive workshops, and ensure seamless integration with SD, FI, and Business Partner modules while guiding localization for multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management experience.
• Solid understanding of Credit Management and O2C processes.
• Experience with SAP/S4HANA integrations (SD, FI, Business Partner).
• Proven ability to lead functional workshops with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management.
• Own the Credit Management blueprint aligned with O2C architecture.
• Facilitate workshops to capture policies, risk needs, market requirements.
• Translate requirements into SAP functional designs and configurations.
• Configure credit checks, limits, exposure, scoring, risk classes, and release processes.
• Define integration between Credit Management and Sales, Finance, and other systems.
• Drive standard S/4HANA capabilities while limiting customization.
• Lead specifications for enhancements with ABAP/integration teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Resolve complex functional defects and cross-team issues.
• Support global templates and localization for market rollouts.
• Provide leadership and knowledge transfer to other SAP consultants.
