Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP IS Retail Senior Functional Consultant to lead solution design, system enhancements and end-to-end delivery across European Operating Companies.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable SAP IS Retail solutions, coordinate with offshore teams, and contribute to change management with training content and user adoption initiatives. Over 10 years of SAP experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with SAP IS Retail functionalities.
• Deep knowledge of IS Retail master data (Article, sites, customer, vendor, info records, pricing).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and WRICEF specs.
• Experience coordinating offshore development teams and performing UAT.
• Strong change management and training content development experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into advanced SAP IS Retail capabilities.
• Identify localization/enhancements with business cases.
• Create functional requirements and WRICEF specifications.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Execute unit/functional testing and support integration and UAT.
• Deliver scalable, integrated cross-country SAP solutions.
• Provide third-level functional support and admin across European entities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and drive improvements.
• Contribute to change management and training content.
