EPAM Systems in Turkey seeks a proactive Lead SAP MM/SD Retail Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP Retail solutions, mentor a growing team, and align project outcomes with business goals.

The ideal candidate combines extensive logistics and retail experience with strong stakeholder communication, capable of managing complex SAP initiatives from design to delivery in a dynamic client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a SAP Retail functional consultant.
• Minimum 1 year leading and mentoring SAP teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics, including SD and MM.
• Proven track record managing full project lifecycles and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP Retail functional solutions (SAP ECC), setting the strategic direction for implementation.
• Own and oversee the execution of SAP consulting projects for our client, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Guide and supervise master data management, configuration, and testing activities performed by the team.
• Take full accountability for delivering high-quality project outcomes on-time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, driving discussions to identify project needs, priorities, and requirements.
• Mentor, coach, and support consultants within the team, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Establish training frameworks and support strategies for end-users.
• Lead customer and project interviews to define scope, assess feasibility, and shape solution roadmaps.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, effort estimations, and proposal development
