Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Istanbul seeks a Senior RFIC Design Engineer to develop RF beamformers, up/down converters, detectors, switches, and filters for multiple markets. You will work with limited supervision, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across internal teams and customers.

Required knowledge includes RF circuit design at transistor level, S-parameters, transmission line theory, and experience with Cadence/ADS and EMPro/HFSS for simulation and RF testing.

Qualifications

• Strong background in RF circuit design and verification.
• Experience with RF blocks and modular integration.
• Proficiency in S-parameters and transmission line theory.

Responsibilities

• Integrated circuit design at transistor level for RF blocks.
• Design evaluation including first-silicon characterization.
• Development for RF products across processes and packaging.
