Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking a Staff RFIC Design Engineer to lead RF beamformer, up-down converters, mixers, detectors and related blocks within the RF Semiconductors team.

You will drive complex transistor-level designs, mentor engineers, and guide technical direction across projects, applying strong RF fundamentals and Cadence/ADS/MEMS tools to deliver high-performance ICs.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; PhD preferred.
• 7+ years relevant RFIC experience and strong RF fundamentals.
• Experience with Cadence and RF test/validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead transistor-level IC design for RF blocks.
• Provide technical leadership on high-impact design challenges.
• Silicon bring-up, first-silicon characterization, and debug.
• Design for RF products across process/packaging tech.
• Mentor engineers and communicate results clearly.
• Documentation and cross-functional project leadership.
