Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Istanbul, Türkiye is seeking a Senior RFIC Design Engineer for our RF Semiconductors team to develop RF beamformers, up-down converters, mixers, detectors, switches, and amplifiers for multiple markets.

You will work independently or with limited direction and contribute to product developments with strong RF fundamentals. The role emphasizes circuit design at transistor level, first-silicon characterization, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree required; MS preferred.
• 4+ years RF engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of S-parameters and RF networks.
• Cadence and ADS exposure; RF EM simulators advantageous.
• Tape-out experience and RF test characterization.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• IC design at transistor level for RF blocks.
• First-silicon characterization and detailed analysis.
• Design development for RF products across processes.
• Issue resolution with analytical approaches and defined practices.
• Project contributions and potential leadership on projects.
• Cross-functional communication with internal and external contacts.
• Documentation and reports for product development.
• Mentorship of junior engineers and career development.
