Job summary

YEO in Türkiye seeks a highly skilled Sr. Proposal Specialist to join our team.

Bachelor's in Civil or Electrical engineering with 5+ years’ experience in proposal/tender prep for substation, solar, BESS, or EPC projects; advanced Excel; strong English; and excellent teamwork under pressure.

You will prepare cost analyses, project drawings, review inputs, and track industry trends to support winning bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal/tender prep for substation, solar, BESS, or construction/EPC projects.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost analyses and estimations for solar, BESS, substation, and EPC projects.
• Create project drawings and technical layouts supporting proposals.
• Review inputs from business developers and provide project-related information and reports.
• Share proposal and cost reports with management.
• Track industry innovations and emerging trends in solar, BESS, and construction/EPC.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time, optimizing labor, time, and material efficiency.

Currently we are seeking a highly skilled "Sr. Proposal Specialist" to join our team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal/tender preparation for substation, solar, BESS, or construction/EPC projects
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and solution-oriented skills
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Proactive, self-driven, with a patient and diplomatic approach to problem-solving
