Job summary

Acwa is seeking a Project Director to lead construction, commissioning and startup of PV projects in Turkey. You will coordinate with the Construction Director, Engineering Manager and Project Control Manager to ensure contract compliance and optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will bring 14+ years of project management experience in PV, strong EPC exposure, and proven leadership across multi-disciplinary teams. English fluency and stakeholder negotiation are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is essential.
At least 14 years in project management with PV experience.
Strong EPC project handling for IPP projects critical.
Experience delivering two large PV full-cycle projects.
Fluency in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
PE registration and PMP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction activities to meet schedules, budgets and safety standards.
Coordinate resources and remedial actions to ensure progress and quality.
Lead a team of engineers and risk managers across construction, commissioning and startup.
Ensure EPC and Owner's Engineer align with contracts and governance.
Provide quarterly reporting and budget analysis for executive review.
