Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Services Remote Sales Representative to drive growth in the Services business through remote sales activities. You will build strong customer relationships, manage renewals, and convert inbound leads using digital channels.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities within the installed base, prepare quotations, maintain CRM records, and strive to exceed sales targets while delivering value-based service solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, or Service Sales.
• Experience managing service contract renewals and customer retention activities.
• Experience in remote or digital sales environments is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of existing customers and identify opportunities to grow the Services business.
• Own and proactively manage the end-to-end renewal process for service and maintenance contracts, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing renewal rates.
• Monitor contract expiration dates, engage customers throughout the renewal cycle, and negotiate contract renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the Services portfolio.
• Qualify and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
• Engage customers through phone calls, virtual meetings, email, and other digital communication channels.
• Support Sales and Marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, manage sales opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering value-based service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical, operations, and sales teams, to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
