Job summary

Dynamic HR Service Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Quality Engineer / Supplier Quality Engineer for projects in the defence industry. Mid to senior level professionals will oversee product, process, and supplier quality in manufacturing environments.

The role focuses on ensuring product and process quality, improving supplier performance, and compliance with customer and industry requirements, while performing root cause analysis, supplier audits, and implementing quality tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in quality, quality assurance, or supplier quality functions within the defence or automotive industry
• Experience with AS9100 or IATF 16949 quality management systems
• Hands-on experience in product, process, or supplier quality activities
• Practical experience with relevant quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, FAI, APQP/PPAP, SPC/MSA, and structured problem-solving methodologies
• Ability to read technical drawings and good knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes
• Experience in non-conformity management, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
