Job summary

MBRF Global Foods Company S.A. in Turkey seeks an accomplished Product Manager to lead portfolio strategy, drive new product development, and optimize profitability.

You'll analyze market trends, coordinate launches, and work with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Production to deliver growth. You should have a minimum of 3 years in Product/Category/Brand management, English proficiency, and a degree in Marketing, Business Admin or Industrial Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management or Brand Management.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and NPD processes.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Based in Istanbul or Bandırma, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and profitability of the assigned product portfolio.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and consumer needs.
• Lead new product development (NPD) projects with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Support product launches with launch plans and post-launch monitoring.
• Coordinate packaging development and artwork approval with stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend optimization based on data.
• Prepare business cases, presentations and reports for strategic decisions.
